A hidden gem near busy Seattle airport. I booked this hotel because of it's convenient location to the airport during my business trip. I have had a great experience with front desk service ( thank you Andrew), breakfast service (Shelly, loved her smile and service during breakfast!), and house keeping staff. Their staff was attentive to my needs during my stay and friendly. The rooms are neat, modern, clean and fairly spacious. My only complaint is hearing the noise from a fire alarm early morning, and standing in my pajamas out in the cold, but at least it was resolved quickly by hotel staff.

We stayed here unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. Our room was ready early and was very comfortable. I thought the front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. I also liked the large seating area in the lobby, it was very inviting. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean. We were looking forward to breakfast in their restaurant. We arrived right at 10:00 am, checked the sign to make sure that we were not late. The sign at the hostess stand indicated that breakfast is available until 11:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. There was no one at the hostess stand, so we entered the dining room. When we chose a table, we were told that breakfast was done. Additionally, the self service coffee area was empty -- no coffee, no creamers, no cups. To make matters worse, at no time did anyone even apologize for any of this. We will not be staying here again.

I recently had a business meeting and had to plan last minute due to a different city cancelation and some flight issues. I was very stressed about getting a new venue that we hadn't been to. Karen B. was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She got me all set up in less than 30 minutes with a conference room, 7 hotel rooms, catering, etc. for the meeting. Not only that, but the day of the event she was able to confirm everything and my staff reported back how fantastic the experience was. We are now going to be utilizing this hotel and Karen for our next meetings because it was seamless. This was a great customer service experience!

The best hotel I have used in Seattle Airport area. Newer property in the midst of a lot of older, rather worn hotels. Definitely up to chain standards.||It is slightly off the main road, so our room was quiet and we got a good night's sleep before an early flight. ||Underground parking made me feel safer about my car.

Nice room. The cafe and bar were the surprise . Very attentive and friendly waitstaff. Food very good for airport lodgings. Not worth a destination trip, but better than that to be found at its competition.|They also have a coin laundry which is a good travel perk.
